1. BingoBeez is an online entertainment program in which players can compete in games [each, a "Game"; collectively, the "Games"]. Participation in the Games is limited to Games participant(s) [hereinafter "Registrant," "Registrants," or "Registrant(s)]. A Registrant is defined as (an) individual(s) who complete(s) the Official Registration Form at http://www.bingobeez.com/, and agree(s) to the provisions of these Official Rules. Registrants with the same registered e-mail address, the same mailing address, and/or the same name, regardless of Official Login name, may be regarded as the same individual Registrant by Plex Gaming Ltd. [hereinafter the "Publisher"].

Plex Gaming Ltd, a private limited liability company registered in Malta, with company registration number C42140, having registered offices at 14/19 Vincenti Buildings, Suite 962, Strait Street, Valletta, VLT 1432, MALTA.

Plex Gaming Ltd operates under license number LGA/CL1/378/2008 issued by the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority ('LGA').

The Lotteries and Gaming Authority is a public single regulatory body that is responsible for the governance of all forms of gaming in and from Malta.

Once registered, the Registrant assumes all responsibility related to the use of registered Login name, Password, and any Password hint chosen during registration. These responsibilities include but are not limited to play in all games, eligibility for all (if any) prizes associated with these games, and all chat (if any) during games. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. ELIGIBILTY

Only person(s) may participate in the Games. The use of script(s) or other automated program(s) is strictly prohibited. The Publisher explicitly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without limitation to other rights under these Official Rules, to suspend or revoke the Game Login name and any or all rights and privileges for violation of this provision or any other eligibility requirements outlined in these rules.

The Publisher, the advertisers and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors and shareholders [hereinafter the "Publisher and its agents"], and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the Games.

The Games are subject to and regulated by all applicable laws in any nation, state, or other jurisdiction. Participation in the Games is void in every national, local, or other jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited by any law, statute, regulation, or other appropriate authority. Neither the Publisher, nor the advertisers, nor the sponsors warrant that participation in the Games is permitted under applicable law(s) in any jurisdiction.

Participation in any of our online games is open to residents of legal age and in a jurisdiction of residence, where the Games are not prohibited. By launching the client application, opening an account, use and re-use of such an account, participation in the Games, or acceptance of any prize, Player represents, warrants and certifies that Player fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where he/she is resident.

For the sake of clarity, it is your responsibility to ensure that the laws of the country in which you are resident or are located permit you to participate in the Games. You must not participate in the Games where it is illegal or otherwise prohibited in your country. Any such illegal participation is void.  For avoidance of doubt you may not participate in the Games if you are resident in the following territories, though this list is not exhaustive:

Cyprus
Israel
Indonesia
Malaysia
Singapore
South Africa
Turkey

We use automated checking on the site, including but not limited to the recognition of the geographical location of your IP address. We reserve the right to close your account if you in any way attempt to disguise or prevent us from identifying the IP address of the computer that you use to access our site.

Eligibility to play further requires a valid e-mail address.
See Paragraph 4 for additional eligibility requirements for games that award prizes.

3. REGISTRANT AGREEMENTS AND PUBLISHER'S RESERVATIONS OF RIGHTS

A. REGISTRANT AGREEMENTS
Registrant agrees to the provisions of these Official Rules and releases the Publisher and the Games' advertisers and sponsors and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors and shareholders from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded through participation in the Games. All registrations for BingoBeez become the exclusive property of the Publisher. Registrant(s)' information shall not be sold or licensed to any other parties, but may be used for advertising and/or promotional purposes.

Registrant hereby consents to the use by the Publisher or its agents of Registrant's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.

Registrant acknowledges and agrees that neither the Publisher nor the Games' advertisers or sponsors shall be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or prohibit any Registrant's ability to participate in any part of the Game, including a Game in progress.

You agree to strictly abide by the following chat rules when using the chat function on the site. Any decision to block a player from being able to participate from entering the Chat Facility is at our discretion. The aim of the Chat Facility is to create a friendly, respectful and welcoming environment for all players.

You shall not use indecent or foul language; you shall not harass, slander or abuse other players; you shall not make racial, sexual or ethnic comments of any kind whatsoever.

You shall not solicit any other players with requests for money, for example by requesting donations to any charitable cause and the like.

The Company shall have no liability to players for any activity occurring in the Chat Facility which may cause any player to suffer loss, damage or distress of any kind.

B. PUBLISHER'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
The Publisher expressly reserves the right, exercisable in the Publisher's sole discretion, with or without cause, to suspend or revoke the Game Login name and all associated rights and privileges of any Registrant or individual, including but not limited to the awarding of prizes won in any BingoBeez game. This suspension and/or revocation of rights may apply at any time.
The Publisher reserves the right to release such information as required by governmental entities under applicable laws or regulations.

The Publisher reserves the exclusive right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to

• Add additional game(s), along with such game(s)' official rules, to the Games at any time; and/or
  
• Discontinue any game(s) at any time without notice, unless a game is underway.

The Publisher further reserves the exclusive right, exercisable at any time and without notice, to amend, alter, delete, expand, or otherwise modify these Official Rules in such manner as the Publisher, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate for playing the Games and/or operating the Games.

The Publisher's exclusive rights expressed herein shall include, without limitation, the right to rescript the operating code of the Game for any reason, including but not limited to preventing any unauthorized tampering with, or operation of the Game, and/or any unauthorized use of any computer program(s), script(s), or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of the Games.

The Publisher's Reservation of Rights shall in no way be construed to be a waiver of any rights, interests, defenses, claims of indemnification or subrogation, or other rights possessed by the Publisher under law.

A charge of €5 per calendar month ('Inactive Account Fee') will be deducted from a players account if:

(a) there has been no log in recorded on the players account for 12 consecutive months or more.

(b) the players account  is in credit.

The Inactive Account Fee will be withdrawn from the players account balance on a monthly basis while ever the players account remains in credit and only for the period during which there remains no account activity, after the initial 12 month period has passed. If the Inactive Account Fee is due to be withdrawn from the players account and the account balance is less than €5 (or equivalent currency), the Inactive Account Fee shall comprise the remaining funds in the account.

If within 3 months of the last inactive account fee the player engages in account activity, we will reimburse the user upon request the amount charged, up to a maximum of six months' Inactive Account Fee.

The player will need to send an email to Support and engage in Account Activity within 3 months of their last inactive account fee in order to be eligible for reimbursement.

If no account activity has been recorded on a players account for thirty (30) months, the Company will remit the balance (minus any inactive account fees incurred during this time) in that account to the Player, or if the Player cannot be located, to the LGA.  No claim shall lie against a licensee who has remitted the balance in a players account to the LGA.  In the event a player contacts the Company after the said period, the User will be directed to the LGA, who in turn will require proof of identity in order to return any balance.

4. SPECIAL RULES FOR GAMES WITH PRIZES

These Games are open to all Registrant(s) 18 years of age or older, and is otherwise void where prohibited by law. Registrant must complete the Publisher's official Registration Form (see Paragraph 1) in order to be eligible for prizes. During registration, each Registrant shall choose a Login name, valid for use in the Game once accepted by the Publisher. Eligibility to win prize(s) is conditioned upon completion of the Official Registration Form.

Eligibility of all Registrants to receive prize(s) after winning the Game is subject to, and conditioned upon, these Official Rules.

The Publisher, by law, may be required to withhold taxes or other assessments with respect to the prizes awarded for participation in the Game and reserves the right to withhold any such applicable taxes or assessments. In addition, the Publisher may be required by law to file certain information with various governmental entities with respect to prizes awarded, and the Publisher reserves the right to release such information. In such event, a winning Registrant of any such prize must complete any written materials that may be requested by the Publisher as required by such governmental entities. Taxes on prizes shall be the sole responsibility of winning Registrants. Winning Registrants may not substitute or transfer prizes.

Winning Registrant(s) may be required to submit, upon request of the Publisher, an affidavit stating that Registrant meets all eligibility requirements as contained in these Official Rules, has complied with all Game rules, and consents to the use of Registrant's name and information in future promotions prior to any award, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Failure of a Registrant to comply with the Publisher's request(s) shall result in the Registrant's forfeiture of such prize(s). Winning Registrants are solely responsible for all taxes which may be payable with respect to prizes awarded herein.

Prizes are awarded per the terms included in each Game's Instructions for Play.

5. MISCELLANEA

Game Odds
The odds of winning the Games depend upon the number of Registrants participating. All determinations with respect to the Games and these Official Rules are the sole discretion of the Publisher.

Account Closure
Any abuse of the Bingo Entertainment Network by having multiple accounts throughout the network and/or abuse of the withdrawal policy can and will result in all account's being disabled and all funds being held without notice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at help@bingobeez.com. Once you have confirmed you would like your account to be closed we will disable the account immediately and arrange to have any outstanding funds sent to you via your preferred method.

Reversal of Funds
A player can request a full refund following a deposit providing that none of the funds deposited have been used to play any of the games. Please note, this is not a withdrawal and is a reversal of the funds deposited.

Money Laundering:
All transactions are subject to a security audit and as such when using the cashier your IP address will be recorded to help identify you and protect your funds. Transactions are checked to prevent money laundering and fraud with any suspicious transactions being reported to the relevant authorities, including the LGA.

Players shall not treat the licensee as a financial institution nor expect interest on their deposits and players should only deposit funds they intend to use in connection with participation in the Games. Amounts deposited and attempted to be withdrawn by you without being used for gaming purposes may be viewed as indicative of money laundering and could result in your account being locked and the funds being seized.

Amounts may only be remitted to the same card or account from which funds were paid into the player's account.

LGA withdrawal limit:
In accordance with Regulation 36 of the Malta Remote Gaming Regulations, prior to processing aggregate withdrawals in excess of €2,000, a player's identity, age and place of residence must be verified. We reserve the right to withhold any monies requested when aggregate withdrawals exceed €2,000 until the requested information is provided.

Player limits:
You may instruct us to limit your deposits by sending us an e-mail to help@bingobeez.com with your instructions, or by sending a registered letter to the contact address at the bottom of this page. The limits will be imposed immediately upon receipt of your instructions and if you wish to remove the self imposed deposit limits, you must inform us by e-mail or registered letter first and the limits will be removed not less than 7 days from receipt of your request.

Complaints Procedure
Any player who has a compliant to make regarding any aspect of our operations can contact our complaints officer at complaints@plexgaming.com.

Your complaint will then be assessed and a response will be given via email within 48 hours of receipt confirming any action to be taken to resolve the issue.

You also have the right to take any complaint directly to the LGA or if any action taken to resolve an issue is not done to your satisfaction. You should contact complaints@lga.org.mt.
